Students must be 18+ years of age and be able to provide proof of identification.

9 Days Total = The program will take about a month to complete. The classes are spread out throughout the month.
Each day is dedicated to 8 ½ hour training sessions.

Our HCA Training program consists of a HYBRID training course.
Seven days will be provided with a live instructor-led virtual/online training, and two days will require in-person training for skills practical.
We will meet at classroom suite at 3717 196th St. SW Lynnwood, WA 98036 (Suite 203) for in-person training. After payment and registration is complete, you will be provided with a link to access the online/virtual training.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. You may wear scrubs if you prefer.

Covid vaccination is not required. The school will check your temperature and ask you to fill out a Covid symptom questionnaire when applicable.

The school will refund all money paid (except for the non-refundable registration fee of $150.00) if the applicant cancels within five business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after the day the contract is signed or an initial payment is made, as long as the applicant has not begun training.
The school will retain an established non-refundable processing and registration fee of $150.00.
A “registration fee” is any fee charged by a school to process student applications and establish a student record system.
If training is terminated after the student enters classes, the school may retain the registration fee established under (3) of the policies subsection, plus a percentage of the total tuition as described in the following table:
If the student completes this amount of training:
One week or up to 10%, whichever is less.……….………………………………25%

*The school may keep the percentage of the tuition cost.

Yes, students need to pass the examinations in order to pass the program.
Students will be advised in their welcome email of exam dates and times.
For reference, students will have an HCA Written Exam, Dementia Exam, Mental Health Exam, Nurse Delegation Exam, and a Diabetes Exam.
*Your instructor will discuss this on the first day of training.

Yes. The scheduled class may be canceled or rescheduled if the minimum class size requirement is not met, if there is an emergency, or due to inclement weather.
For reference, we require 10 students minimum in order to run the course.

Yes, the program has a required class size minimum of 10 students. The class will be rescheduled if the class size requirement is not met; you will be notified by the instructor one week before the start of training if the class is moved.

Yes! Students can reschedule the missed courses ONCE and must complete the entire HCA training when immediately offered next.
Students who cannot complete the training when offered or in a 3 month period will need to re-pay in full to take the missed courses.
(If the retaken class is canceled, the student is to discuss options with the instructor.)
If the school does not hear anything from the student within the 3-month period, the school has the right to refuse the student to continue the training.

4 days (8 hours each day = total of 38 hours)
1 additional day for the State Exam is required, more information provided during the program.

The NAC bridge program is now currently in-person training only.
All four days, including clinical training will be in-person/on-site training.
We will meet at 3717 196th St. SW. Lynnwood, WA. 98036 (Suite 203). for the first three days of training.
The final remaining day, which is clinical, will require on-site training at a nearby nursing home for clinical training. Students will be required to show up at the clinical site by 5:00 AM.
*Your instructor will provide clinical site information upon the start of classes.

Yes, the cost of the book is included in the price. The book CANNOT be separate from the cost. The book can be picked up at our office location at 3717 196th St. SW Lynnwood, WA 98036 in front of Suite 203.
After payment and registration have been completed. A welcome email will be sent confirming books are ready for pick-up.
Following the email, students are welcome to pick-up the book Monday-Friday between 10:00 am & 4:00 pm.
